Past experience has shown that most users of electro-stimulators do not set their stimulators at the correct intensity level resulting in poor and mixed results.

The Cefar XT and X2 ranges are the first stimulators that, with a press of the Auto Button, will automatically set your ideal level of intensity ensuring maximum stimulation. This unique feature takes into account your profile and the muscle you want to stimulate. (N.B. You will require different levels of intensity to effectively stimulate different muscle groups).

How Does It Work?
Before each session, having selected your Program and correctly positioned the electrodes (all XTs and X2s come with an Electrode Placement Guide), you press the Auto Button (the Auto sign will flash on screen). The stimulator automatically increases intensity and when you see the muscle respond (contract or move), you press the Auto Button to set.  Your ideal intensity level is now set. The Cefar stimulators will now automatically control and adjust the intensity levels during your selected program to ensure you receive the most effective stimulation. 
N.B. Once you are familiar with your XT/X2 and its capabilities you have the option to manually set and control your intensity levels.

Cefar Easy Training
When using electrical muscle stimulation you never really see the quality/quantity of muscle exercise.

Cefar Easy Training allows you to visualise your sets and repetition numbers - just like a regular training session.  (Everyone knows and understands this framework).

With Cefar Easy Training each program of muscle exercise is displayed on screen, with the number of sets and repetitions which automatically count down as you go through the program - simple and efficient.
